like myself, I am guessing
everyone procrastinates about something.
things in life that are hard... hard to start,
hard to do and hard to keep up.
let me introduce you to my buddy Tim urban.
I discovered him on ted talks a while back.
he's entertaining, makes total sense and
gives me that swift kick in the butt I need from time to time.
check him out and maybe he can help you, too.

the paralyzing effects of decision fatigue
prisoners who appeared before a parole board early in the morning
received parole about 70% of the time, while those who appeared late in the day were paroled less than 10% of the time.
there was nothing malicious or even unusual about the judges' behavior. it was due to the occupational hazard of being "the decider."
the mental work of ruling on case after case wore them down.
this sort of decision fatigue can make quarterbacks prone to dubious choices late in the game.
it routinely warps the judgment of everyone, executive and non executive, rich and poor, - in fact, it can take a special toll on the poor. yet few people are even aware of it, and researchers are only beginning to understand why it happens and how to counteract it.

Note: as a visual learner, i developed these infographics
to help me understand my studies
with american council on excercise (ace).
Then, i figured if it helped me it might help others realize
the importance of health and physical activity.
